Presented by Union House Theatre
Directed by Olivia Allen

How do you show you care?

Megaphone Democracy is a theatrical exploration of action, apathy, cynicism and ‘clicktivism’.

Through extensive interviews with individuals and organisations, at protests and online from all walks of life, across the generations, across the political spectrum, and across the world we ask the question ‘How do you show you care?’

Dybbuk

dybbuk

In Shloyme Ansky’s landmark Yiddish play of 1914, a young bride is possessed by the ghost of the man she was meant to marry—a Dybbuk.

Love, death, and ghost stories, join us—if you dare—for a night of haunting tales about possessions, obsessions and Dybbuk discoveries.

Dybbuk features a dream team of writers reading short, original stories, that evoke the mysterious possibilities beneath our usual realities: journalist Michael Gawenda and his musician son, Husky; storyteller and writer Arnold Zable; playwright Jessica Bellamy; performer and academic Yoni Prior; and comedian Josh Glanc. Also featuring, Klezmania.
